Facilitated the company's first cross-team ideation workshop: 57 ideas generated, 5 shipped to product, and two of them evolved into a browser extension now rated 5.0 stars with 5000+ active users.
Ran a heuristic and usability study of the Flo app (one of the most used FemTech products in the world): 42 survey respondents, 4 interviews, 38 usability issues identified.
